Propose, develop and implement analysis using statistical / ML models that will improve our improve our contact acquisition and management process.
Maintain, optimize and export these models to different areas and countries.
Transform, enrich and prepare the data for analysis, identifying new data sources to improve the quality of the sources of data to improve the quality of the models.
Generate dashboards to monitor the models' results, in a visual and simple way visual and easy to use
Implement techniques such as: Natural Language Processing, event simulation, reinforcement learning or web event simulation, reinforcement learning or web scrapping.

Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Engineering or similar.
Previous experience of 2 to 3 years in an equivalent position designing, developing and running statistical / ML running statistical models / ML
Demonstrated experience in Python programming
Previous experience implementing models in production, preferably in AWS environment in AWS environment
Previous experience obtaining data from external sources via APIs
High knowledge of Microsoft Office and Power BI
High level of English
Proactive, innovative, team oriented and business oriented person; with high relational and communication skills
