At Social Media, we focus mainly on building a brand's voice through content and interaction on different social channels. We look for profiles that are sharp, and that have the capability to think critically and adapt quickly to projects that are really diverse: from the creation of content strategies on a brand's different channels to the development of interaction and social listening dynamics.

Community Management
Drafting manuals and templates to build strong corporate communication
Dealing with devs/designers and IT teams to address the app issue resolution
Reporting, KPI measurement, tool management
Researches and analysis to support business solutions
Turn data into insights in order to present trends analysis and key issues to relevant stakeholder

Bachelor Degree in Marketing or similar
Experience in financial services / banking sector
Proactive and willing to learn
Knowledge on app development cycle
You like to get your hands dirty (good leadership means rolling up your sleeves)
Ability to adapt to new challenges and a positive attitude.
Good communication and organization skills
Knowledge in Community Management
Focus on client and passionate about customer care
Advanced level of English, both spoken and written.
Availability to travel
