Pero, <strong>\u00bfla implementaci\u00f3n que has llevado a cabo est\u00e1 recogiendo de forma correcta toda la data?<\/strong><\/span>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En este art\u00edculo os ense\u00f1aremos a trav\u00e9s de un sencillo ejemplo c\u00f3mo saber si est\u00e1s midiendo bien toda la navegaci\u00f3n de tu usuario y poder sacar conclusiones que mejoren tu toma de decisiones.<\/span>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nos ponemos en la situaci\u00f3n de que ya tenemos todas nuestras acciones para medir el comercio electr\u00f3nico mejorado declaradas en el <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.makingscience.com\/blog\/que-es-un-datalayer-2\/\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">datalayer<\/span><\/i><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, ya que vamos a utilizar <\/span><b>GTM<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> para enviar la informaci\u00f3n a <\/span><b>Google Analytics<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Impresiones de producto<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clics de producto<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Impresiones de detalles del producto<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A\u00f1adir o quitar art\u00edculos del carrito<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Impresiones de promoci\u00f3n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clics de promociones<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tramitaci\u00f3n de la compra<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Compras<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reembolsos<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un usuario accede a nuestra web y aterriza en un listado de productos.\u00a0<\/span>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cuando la p\u00e1gina se carga, todas esas impresiones de producto se env\u00edan a <\/span><b>Google Analytics<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> gracias a la configuraci\u00f3n que hayamos hecho en la etiqueta de <\/span><b>GTM<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En <\/span><b>Google Analytics<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> podremos ver todas esa informaci\u00f3n en el informe de <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conversions&gt;E-commerce&gt;Product List Performance<\/span><\/i>  <strong>\u00bfToda la data que estamos recogiendo en ese informe se corresponde a la navegaci\u00f3n del usuario o se ha perdido algo de informaci\u00f3n por el camino?<\/strong>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una de las maneras de poder comprobar si estamos perdiendo esta informaci\u00f3n es yendo a la <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Console<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y buscando el \u2018<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">object\u2019<\/span><\/i> <b>ecommerce<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> para ver el n\u00famero total de impresiones de producto que se han cargado en la p\u00e1gina:<\/span>  <img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3164\" src=\"https:\/\/www.makingscience.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Captura-de-pantalla-2019-12-03-a-las-10.28.52.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"562\" height=\"239\" \/>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En este ejemplo, en <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">datalayer <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">se han cargado un total de 20 impresiones de producto. Y cada impresi\u00f3n lleva asociadas las variables de <\/span><b>id<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>name<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>price<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>brand<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y <\/span><b>category <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(hemos ocultado los valores \u263a).<\/span>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si a continuaci\u00f3n nos vamos al <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Network<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y filtramos por \u2018collect\u2019 para saber que se est\u00e1 mandando a <\/span><b>Google Analytics<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> nos encontramos con lo siguiente:<\/span>  <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3163\" src=\"https:\/\/www.makingscience.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Captura-de-pantalla-2019-12-03-a-las-10.28.59.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"582\" height=\"382\" \/>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A <\/span><b>Google Analytics<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> no le est\u00e1 llegando nada de informaci\u00f3n de esta p\u00e1gina vista debido a que el <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Payload<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> es demasiado grande.<\/span>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Payload<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> es donde se incluyen todos los datos que se van a mandar a <\/span><b>Google Analytics<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: url, propiedad (UA), todas las variables y eventos con sus respectivos valores, adem\u00e1s de otros par\u00e1metros.<\/span>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La limitaci\u00f3n en el Payload es de 8192 <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">bytes<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, y superando este l\u00edmite, el hit se cancelar\u00e1 sin previo aviso.<\/span>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por lo tanto, en los informes de <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Product List Performance <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">no estaremos recogiendo esta informaci\u00f3n ya que ha <\/span><b>Google Analytics<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> no le ha llegado esta <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pageview.<\/span><\/i>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para solventar esta y muchas otras problem\u00e1ticas, desde <\/span><b>Making Science<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> os podemos ayudar a implementar diferentes soluciones para no perder ning\u00fan dato y comprobar que la fiabilidad del mismo es perfecta.<\/span><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00bfEst\u00e1s seguro que tu implementaci\u00f3n de enhanced e-commerce est\u00e1 bien hecha?
